Tiger Woods Doesn’t Make The Cut For GSM Cell Phones

Once upon a time Tiger Woods was the highest paid athlete in the world. He dominated the game of golf all in his late twenties and early thirties. While golf made him some millions it was his endorsement deals that made him a money making machine. He was raking in over $100 million a year on endorsements alone. But then the family scandal came out. The public heard he’d cheated on his wife, with whom he has children, and the endorsement deals started to drop. Accenture and Gillette were among the first and now ATT, the GSM Cell Phones mainstay. Tiger will be lucky to get a deal with a random Unlocked Cell Phones company at this point.

ATT, GSM Cell Phones biggest provider, took over Buick as the emblazoned logo on Woods’ golf bag. In addition, ATT Phones also sponsors the national ATT tournament, hosted by Woods himself. In fact, he won the tournament last year. The company believes that for what they paid Tiger, a single golfer, they could probably get three to four legendary golfers. So in the end, it was an easy decision for ATT Cell Phones.

There are still company that have stayed by his side, at least for the time being, namely, Nike. Tag Heuer and Procter & Gamble have scaled back their marketing with Woods for the time being but have yet to cut him completely. However GSM Cell Phones mainstay, ATT, which can be found as Unlocked Cell Phones, has made the right move in this writers eyes. Let’s face it the American public loves its celebrities and we love the good guy, too. Woods, by hiding as much of his personal life as possible, made us think he was more than a good guy, that he was a great guy. So when we, the public, feel as though we’ve been lied to, we don’t take it lightly. No we want your hide and we want it now.

We also don’t take infidelity with a grain of salt. Had it been a girlfriend, it would not have been a big deal. But we are a country that wants to believe in family values, regardless of the divorce, and a public scene of infidelity is a direct hit on those values. It stinges us so much and we take it so personally that we bite back. We bite back by scorning that person. We don’t ever want you back in our good graces.

So when a company like ATT cuts ties with such a person, the people like it. We respect that company because they in turn are respecting our family ideals. It’s just that simple. Tiger Woods has shot himself in the foot and it appears to have taken the whole foot off and he’s losing blood rapidly.
