The telephone that was designed by Mr. Bell has come a long way from the basic and simplistic designs. In the beginning, people would not use the telephone, unless and until it was extremely necessary. As the time progressed and needs expanded, people began to use the telephone more frequently. Eventually prices of telephony services went down and telephone usage went up and people running businesses began calling one another for business and trade. It was then that the telephony providers decide to separate the personal users from the people who frequently use the telephone for business.
The new bifurcation saw, almost immediately, the emergence of new and existing telephony companies, as specialist business phone providers.
