Blackberry Mobile Phone Unlocking

Unlocking a Blackberry mobile phone is now easier and cheaper than it ever has been. This is due to most unlocking providers now having the capability to generate an unlock code for Blackberry mobile phones. Unlock codes are by far the safest and most convenient way to unlock a Blackberry mobile phone.

So, how do you get an unlock code for your Blackberry mobile phone? Have a good search on Google for Blackberry Unlock Codes and you will discover a plethora of sites offering Blackberry unlock codes, however please  follow my guidelines below before making a purchase;

Don’t Overpay – If you find a service that is requesting payment of more than £10.00, steer clear! I have come across many sites that are still charging anything from £15.00 to £50.00 to supply a Blackberry unlock code. I can assure you it costs them nowhere near this to generate the unlock code!
IMEI + Network Details – Many of the online suppliers will give you the option to generate the unlock code using the phone IMEI number and Network service provider details. The problem here is that this method generates several codes, only one of which is correct, but they send you all of the codes! Many new Blackberry mobile phones only allow a total of 3 code entry attempts, so if they supply you with 6 codes and you don’t get the right code in the first 3 attempts, you’re stuck! If you come across a site asking for the IMEI and Network details, steer clear!
IMEI + MEP – This is by far the best method in use (I use this method on my site). You will be requested to download a very small application and connect your Blackberry mobile phone to your PC to read the MEP information. Once you have the MEP infomation you submit this with your IMEI number and only ONE correct code is generated!
Beware Of Scams – There are a plethora of unlocking services on the internet that will take your money and never deliver. One of the biggest scams is the ‘Credit Note’ scam. They will take your payment, then reply by email saying they can’t obtain an unlock code for your phone but you can’t have a refund. If you read their T&C’s it states that they supply only a credit note and no refunds. The fact is that they could never supply an unlock code for your phone and probably never will. Another of the big scams is the ‘Information’ scam. You think you’re purchasing an unlock code or unlocking software, however if you read the small print you’re actually purchasing information on where you can purchase an unlock code or unlocking software. These people are very very clever and they generate huge income from these scams, so please be careful and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting for your money!

Ok so that’s it, now you know you can get any Blackberry unlocked easily and inexpensively. If you get stuck trying to find a decent Blackberry unlock code supplier, give my site a try, the link is in my Bio 😉
